As a mum of boys who live and breathe Jiu Jitsu, I know this life well. In our family, it's a non-negotiable - A way to stay fit, build confidence and learn real world self-defence. Jiu Jitsu is teaching my boys discipline, humility and respect, and watching them grow through this sport has inspired my husband and I to get on the mats too.
But being a Jiu Jitsu Mum is NOT for the faint hearted. It’s wild. It’s chaotic, busy and often an emotional rollercoaster. But that's why I wanted to create this design - To celebrate what it really means to be a Jiu Jitsu Mum: the strength, the heart, and the hustle.
